It all began with the enthusiasm of two professionals with over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. In 2004, Juan and Manolo opened their own business, which initially offered traditional dishes with special touches but has evolved over the years by incorporating innovative elements to continue surprising.

Located in Fuengirola, in the Los Boliches area, Restaurante Los Enebros was born with the goal of providing customers with a unique experience during each visit. This is achieved through their top-quality cuisine and exquisite service—a perfect combination that makes it a must-visit spot on the Costa del Sol.
